Has your Tivusat HD Satellite Receiver Stuck or Frozen whilst Downloading Channels?

We have had reports that some Tivusat Receivers in particular Digiquest are getting stuck or freezing when downloading channels satellite TV channels for the first time.

This could be due to recent frequency changes and software updates.

If you are installing your new Tivusat Satellite Receiver and it freezes or pauses in the channel search at around 60% – 60% then simply unplug the receiver from the mains, plug it back in and it will reset.

You will need to start the installation again but once the satellite channel search starts it will complete and advance to the next stage. Mach sure your viewing card is inserted and registered and your Italian TV Channels such as Rai RET4 Canal5 etc will work.
